How do you get energy to dance all night without e?

| Im wondering what you guys do to get energy without dropping. who drinks Rev's and such, ive never had those, do they work? how do you guys last all night? |

There's one way to do it
Wich is the best !!!
Get home after your day ... at 7-8pm ... try to sleep a bit ... and then .. wake up at about 3-4 in the mornin .. then go to the aria ... you'll be awake and full of energy !!

I dont know why people do E
myself, I can work all day, go to a bar around 10 and last till 6 in the AM without drugs or drinks.
if I drink a rev or 2 or take caffeine or ephedra/ephedrine i last longer...I get a natural buzz from a good crowd. |

| i don't know, if you take E to stay awake, you are a . You dont need that . just get a good nap, and try holding yourself from jumping all around at the club. you'll stay awake easy till 7-8 am. Anyways, i talk for myself. Most of the time I'm still so hype from a party that I stay awake till 11am-noon at home then hit the bed:D |

| well said Big Malekovsky :) i don't waste my energy around , i keep it for "special tracks" hehe , i don't even need a nap before going , just drink a little red bull on my way to the place and it does it :) |

| Yeah, usually if the music is good you don't need any "uppers" to last till the morning. Smoking usually affects my stamina(and not in a good way), and of course how tired I am from the day before. Usually when I get 10 hours of sleep the day before party, I'm good to go till the morning. You also have to take breaks from dancing every once in a while. A 10 minute break(a good break, where you just sit down and relax, and not stand up), can provide for another good hour of dancing. |

| My energy depends TOTALLY on the music and the vibe. If the music sucks or the vibe lacking, I get tired quickly. If it's awesome, I find energy even after I had thought I had none left. Other things that help are regular cardiovascular workouts and a good night's sleep or nap before the party. I have had nights when I had been sleep deprived (I mean like average less than 3-4 hours for several days) then was able to go completely sober till 8 am or so just because the music was kick-ass. And I didn't have to "conserve" myself during the night to do it. In fact, I often find a serious break makes it harder to get back into it. |

The motivation is what keeps me going.
If there is a good Dj, and a cheering crowd. I'll last all night long.
And since all the djs that come to Aria are good, I'd be always able to last all night long.
And If I'm really tired from the week, a couple of red-bulls or revs will do the job.
E is a stupid way to stay awake. |

| Sleep is the number one factor followed by drinks, dj set nrg, but another thing, is carbs, try and eat a good meal before coming, pizza, pasta, pretty much anything heavy and then burn it off over the evening. |

| thrusday i stay awake till 3am. i wake up at 8 then i dont sleep the whole day. then i got to montreal and sleep 1 hour on the buss. i stay on the city till aria opens and leave at 9:30 when my buss comesback. so..... ;) no drugs, no drinks, just music,water, chillin with the ta's. |
