BTW, I think that russian language understanding is not the reason, why our regional forum haven't created. The true reason of this - a bias of the West to Russian.

Nah he probably doesn't, BUT they've got their own forums where they keep all conversations in such languages in there, which is why I think you guys should get your own one, but 200 odd replies, many of which are in russian, in a thread designed to get you the forum, obviously won't help him decide to give you it, it's not down to us, but maybe you should put a poll in polls, and People who support you can vote for it, I will, and others will, and if you get 20-30 people voting for 'yes' then maybe it will help you get it |
