there's really not so much to reply. most of us got settled on a big geographical span, away from Homeland. but there are a lot of things to share, there are a lot of Russian (and ex-USSRian) events we follow and desperately want the trance scene and community in Russia to evolve and prosper. We got clubbing, we got raves, we got festivals - we got that all. Especially in Estonia (Shade on Grey will tell you) - they got magnificent raves.
The fact is, that in Russia there is no "real" trance forum. PPK forum was once a beautiful place to visit, but now it's almost dead:( There is also an Atmoforum (www.atmo-sphere.ru/talk), but it's mostly progheads, who think they own the world and say in every other post that trance is just all commercial bull. So we were hoping, tranceaddict could become home for many of us. And I am sure, that if people will find out about Russian forum on TA (and we will make sure to tell all of our friends, if it opens), then Russian section would much more alive and kicking, with amazing photos, rave news, scene and tune discussions and guides for visitors (in English, of course) and live, friendly discussion.

Sure. We have here, in Estonia, a lot of good raves, for example Atmosphere or Sun Dance Music Festival. I think, they have a european popularity, because next visitors on Atmosphere are british trance-godds Above & Beyond :) In 2001 came to Sun Dance Roger Sanchez.. and I know, that in Estonia are lot of russian speaking people, that love trance music.

I totally agree, but.. it's in Russia! In Estonia are trance forum, but it currently not advanced.. because about this forum knows few people.. in the future it will be more popularly. |

We can still discuss music, life, events, our culture, etc.
It's about Russian-speaking TAs, not TAs who are in Russia right now... and yes there are quite a few of us here...
