as far as raving...hmmm i dont really know if you could learn...i think theres some videos. just practice...when i first started i wanted to learn how to rave as well
as far as hot spots in nyc...arc is closest thing to twilo. and plus some nyc ta's are throwing parties @ lounges. u might wanna check that out. theres filter 14...they book progressive djs during the week. centrofly...is mostly a progressive club runned by Low End Specialist (LES Dj Mac and Ali). roxy host's some parties as well...but thats like 1's a month. theres couple of places for techno djs that make regular appearences in nyc...might want to check those out!

Dude you are not the first one to actually help me out on this board. Yeh but most of these kids still flame me for no reason. Some TA earlier told me to just take in humor. Good advice from him and more good advice from you. Thanx for your help...
P.S. Received my pair of Super Streetlight stix; the battery-3-moded ones. And I learned 2 new moves.. THanx again for the support...

Weren't you one of the TA's that flamed me earlier lol? But it's all good, it doesn't really bother me. Sometimes I feel that much of the Rave scene is an oxymoron just because the fabled theme of peace, teaching, and music is rarely shown do to the majority of asses who'd rather make fun of a newbie than help him/her out... nope no blame, + the list rocked.. it was just a small peace of the GIANT list i made from scouring this board...dloaded most of the stuff off it.. made a few mixes.. trance is amazing...:tongue3
P.S. How do the TA levels change? Is it the amount of posts a user submits? |
