I have GU006, GU009, GU013 and GU021. I'm getting GU024 once it comes out.

I also have Nubreed's 002-006.

Airdrawndagger, Wider Angle and MMII also.

I rarely DL albums; only when I'm not sure about the artist. Then if I like it, I buy it.

gu015 is great.

huh! i got cable modem 3 years ago and i never bought a cd since. why should i all of sudden start buying.? because of in all these bandwagon jumpers saying that mp3s r cuzing dreadful sales. haha dumbasses. its the overall economy and horrible managment of the record companies. not mp3
torontotrance
actually I've always been buying cd's....and I rather have the real version because it sounds a helluva lot better.

Same here... I would buy them on the internet but the currency rate and the taxes (80%) makes it quite impossible to buy something

However, I've purchased about 80 CD's of d'n'b, oldskool techno, breakbeat and eurodance :toothless (because they were made here)

I don't buy '12 because I don't have decks to spin them on
so occasionally I do buy albums
but trance albums are quite rare here, or when I do find them, they're like $30 an album...
so when I do buy cds, I buy my cds used, or off ebay..which I don't think helps the producer in any way since I'm not buying from a retailer...
but I recently did buy PvD: Global from HMV
and that cost me $36 including taxes...
wayyyy overpriced!!

On the other hand, I d/l singles and live sets
I might have a few albums here and there too :p

Damn right. Second hand CD shops are great. You can find some right bargins and some rare CD's too.
I remember seeing a Sasha GU Long Box Set (I think it was GU13 but I cant remember) for something like £10.
Wish I bought it now
:nervous:

grow up...they are not 30 bucks an album

I live in ontario...sighs

global was basically double cd (one dvd and one cd)....so that's keeping with the normal prices they sell them at hmv. If you don't like it then simply don't buy it.

never did i say i didn't like it
i even bought the damn thing
I support the artist whenever i can, but that doesn't mean I must buy every single album available because we all have a budget
maybe we're not all as wealthy as you are to buy every single album on our 'want list'
but if you take a look at all the trance compilations in HMV, you will notice most of them are $25+
I bought Airdrawndaggar for $19.99
and ISOS3 for $19.99
which is quite expensive for a single disc album considering most are 16.99

and double cds aren't usually 31.99!
even if 1 disc is a dvd
well, the hip hop ones anyway
because I notice that the Aaliyah album is a double disc, 1 cd, 1 dvd and it's far less

maybe because these albums are imports
but the fact is that trance albums are generally more expensive
that's why i prefer to buy them used
i agree real cds are better because having the artwork is helluva lot better than just a jewel case :p
torontotrance
nah..i'm not that wealthy

I've found most at great prices at hmv or elsewhere...where they have discounted the prices

I bought gu011 for 20
gu012 for 17
gu018 for 16
Paul Oakenfold - 2 Yrs Cream 16 bucks
all gems...all of me being lucky.

I probably do agree lately, I have bought too many cd's.

Same here
now i'm dead broke..lol
I'm trying to finish my PvD collection
and found Seven Ways for $20
that was a steal :)
it's not really even the price that bothers me
it's the fact that i can never find what i want!
i'm going to have a pretty tough time looking for 45 rbpm
:p

is Zurdo only available to Mexico and the UK?
torontotrance
look in used cd store....45 rpm should be around....
