Yep, but for the most part they know what a hell they're protesting against... and I guess they realize sooner or later that peacefull protests are getting them nowhere (since nobody cares about a bunch of people walking around peacefully disagreeing with some other bunch of people), they turn to blowing up and causing mess, because then they do get noticed. And that's one of the ways to draw attention to yourself and your point of view - BLOW SOME UP!
Now, it might be the same reasoning behind Bin Laden's blowing up of those Twin Towers. |

A guy went to the protest with a "God Bless America" sign and what happened to him? People spat in his face and threatened him. Real mature. As if blocking the streets and stopping people from going to work is gonna end the war in iraq.

Nobody ever disputed that pal.....
But the American gov't doesn't randomly execute its own civilians to prove how powerful they are. Are they are not likely to start bombing the out of Canada to get our supply of oil.
But I'm sure a bright guy like you could of figured that out. |

obviously in any large gathering of people there will be a bunch of disturbers... but most of the people out there know their when they're out protesting... nobody's bored enough to join a protest that they don't believe in....
sure, protesting is very unlikely to sway government policy on war, but at least people are out there supporting a worthy cause. if you don't like it, don't join it, but you don't have to rag on the protesters.

Well, I know that he tampered with those votes in Florida, that were actually crucial part of the whole campaign (no idea why, but he still got plenty legitimate votes)...
And don't worry, we'll be bashing your government for a long, long time now... |
