I'll give him credit for those two songs and "Animación"...but other than that he has done nothing else that impresses me. Then we have the Vandit wh0r3z that worship him like he's a god for whatever he does...yes he is one of the best DJs but I really can't stand the hype over every one of these "remake" things he churns out.

Sorry for jumping on you. I can see where you're coming from with that.

What happened? I'll tell you what happened, PvD got the tracks with more of his influence released on Vandit. I'm sure that temporary version had alot more Hemstock & Jennings influence. More proof on the table towards PvD lacking producing skills.

please.. hemstock and jennings' version of arctic was terrible... if they had more influence on the track it would have been almost as crappy as the original...

also.. is it me or is the only thing he did with the pvd mix (in comparison to the rip) the addition of the tetris like sounds? so why would that take away from the energy of the rip?

im pretty fecked off with the changes he's made. This was one of my fav tunes of 2002, and these minor changes he's made are gash. i want a copy of the dam original ffs!

I think the PvD mix would be better had it not been for the tetris-like sounds. Other than that, I love it. As for the Vandit mix, I'm not bashing it or anything but the first thing that went through my mind when the melodies set in was how much it reminded me of Mark Lowndes' The Curse. Either way, it adds an interesting twist, but could definitely use more energy. But they're both great for what they are. The Cirrus remix sounds awesome.

Minus that faint, tetris-like sound.. :)

the hemstock and jennings mix wasn't terrible, in fact, it's ing awesome, the energy it creates live is awesome!
as for the tetris type sounds
he's removed the awesome, driving percussion over the beat, and replaced it with the tetris soundtrack
might not sound much to you, but believe me, there is a HUGE difference :(
