Spartan Workout

A lot of high quality exercise in this video using little to no equipment. I've been doing stuff like this for maybe a few months ( paying the gym) and I'm getting results! You'd be surprised how good of a workout this is...

If you're like me, simply take ten minutes in your bedroom, put on some energetic music (Paul van Dyk at Nature One 2007 for myself) and get this done!

Iv seen these and they look a bit intense. I enjoy just jogging for 45 minutes, and doing 10 pound weights high repetition. If i bust out the 20 pound weights i cant do as many, and i want to get cut, so small weight high repetition will work fine.

Plus i doubt i can ever look like those douchebags in 300.

I've been meaning to try something like this at high intensity and non stop. I'm gonna try it in between days at the gym and see how it goes.

You slowly build up to it. I used to be an elite athlete for basketball when I was younger so over the years I've gotten ready for high intensity work outs. There's no reason why you can't get to this within 6 months, it just takes a lot of effort. Yes, the first month or two are ing excruciatingly horrible but it gets better and easier the more you do it :)
