I'm at 7 mins now and it feels like taking for ever to get through this track! Jeez 4 minutes to go. This part is the peaceful part. First half was a bit dark. Now the buildup is there but it's a special one, you dont know what to expect to come next. That's not always bad, but I don't know if it's good in this one.
As for the sounds. The first synth sounds flat and simple. You could beef that one up, e.g. by giving it a more stereo feel. The kick is a booming one. I'd say cut some tail, it doesn't fit the peaceful part at all. Some piano notes are a bit off there. For the percussion, try to put some bongo or so here and there, more detail is needed. That higher arp is a bad choosen synth. Needs some delay and highcut, or less resonance.
There are some acid sounds in here which i like. It's good to see you put some work in making this one. You can hear a flow in the buildup, nexxt to the overall unexpectedness, you work towards breaks, which is good too. The music has some atmosphere to it as well.
Hope you find this ocmment useful.

- I like that note change at 1:14 and on
- A little repetitive until break at 2:30
- Have more punch to that bass-sweep-kick thing
- Some fx are kind of muddy, like distorted or something
- I like the bass that comes during break
- The strings/choirs at 3:30 sound relly nice as they come
- Finally, those lead notes change at 4:30
- Nice buildup until the 5:00 break
- Seconds break gets melodic, sounds nice, but strings are a little muddy, need some bottom end.
- Kick kind of dies at 5:56 with all those melodies. Make it more prominent
- Nice gates at 6:20
- The whole melodic part needs a better mid and low frequency range, as it sounds a bit light
- Good chords at 7:50, but the effects are a bit overwhelming. Have something smoother in the background maybe...
- Also, the piano for the chords should be a bit quieter and lets tingy...are you using a SoundFont?
- I dont dig those high pitch synths at 8:58, they are kind of cheesy.

First of all, I love your style, and this track really rocks!
I personally have no problem with slow progressions, but it is really quite long, I think you could put it into a way shorter track.
Production-wise, this one is almost perfect imo.
The piano lead is cool, how did you do that?
I think in the end it gets a little bit disharmonic.
And as said, you can hear some synths are out of wasp. Since not everyone here has pro-equipment, its nothing to blame you for
Anyway, well done
