[Trance] Neotune - Angel Crusade - Full 192 kbps

Goodday,

I'd like to share the following track with you. I sent this in for the TA Unite 4 mix, but I think we have to wait for a little while so I hope to submit a new track. I thought it is the time for some "professional" feedback from you guys on this one .

This track sounds a bit sinister. The strings are filled up with an opera chorus at the string "climaxes". I think it worked out pretty well.

See what you think of the whole, I'd greatly appreciate your feedback!

Cheers!
-Jay

very scary, i loooooove the synth at 4:15
the bass synth, very powerful, and overall the whole song has amazing synths, really excellent
maybe the kick could use a little more power,

i like it, it is a bit sinister but more on the cliche-level, as the overall uplifting & energetic feel ruins a bit of the effect, but still it's great the bell sound that you used is also great, but yeah, cheers man

Good afternoon, mr. M, Jay
I really like the feeling of this track, it is dark and sinister ... almost reminds me a bit of count dracula, playing some organ and clanking some bells or something.

The strings are really beautiful, I like the panning percussion and around 4:10 you've got some great synth sound there. The background twinkling arps are very nice, and I think the arrangement / transitions are very good.

The only thing I don't like about this tune is the kick drum, it sounds ... um let me see ... possibly it is too loud? i'm not sure, but it just seems to stand out.
Anyway, nice work!

starts cool

i don't feel that the kick is weird or is to loud, sounds ok here.

nice synths and perc, very dark indeed.

your mix sounds good now, not to much high.

1.52 cool rest point, those pads are nice, but i don't get the transition.

ah ic after the second break the transition gets even weirder, think it's what you wanted right?

cool lead , dark synth and those arps are cool imo.

this is a nice and refreshingly different track u got here jay

kick and bass are nice and well balanced imo. percs are a little thin but they are original which is a plus point. i like all the little fx and swooshs n stuff u have going on, all well placed in the track.

The melody is a little strange, doesnt seem to do a huge amount but still sounds cool. the synth that comes in at 4:05 is a nice idea, nice melody but just needs to be fatter sounding as it would sound much nicer

good work overall, keep it up mate

Well done man!
Really liked the dark atmosphere you got there, really good job on that.

Thought there are a couple of issues you should deal with. And the first one must be fixing some notes that sound off at about 3:20… the bass notes just doesn’t go well with the lead notes… dunno maybe its just me, but it sounds kind of weird.

Other than that try making your leads sharper, using harder compression and some EQing might help.

But overall this is quite nice, keep up the good work!
