It's been so long since I've posted here, and i tought i'd visit the old trance addict forums! This community is still growing

ANyways i have this track that I'm working on. I know it's trance but I can't really tell what kind of trance it is

Any one with comments or suggestions on how to work with this track?
What could I fix? does it have enough atmosphere?

Hey mate, that's sounding really nice! There's definitely enough atmosphere going on, and it's got a great feel to it. The conversation between the pluck synths is nice.
Mixwise I'd turn the kick down a bit and perhaps the percs too. Everything else is a little bit in the background.
Maybe from here on in, choose one of the synth lines and bring it forward in the mix to give it the focus and develop it.
Keep it up man and finish this one!

Thanks for reviewing, I've been trying to get that andy moor sound to the track lately

I might have the to lower the clap volume too it's a bit too strong.

Thanks

Quite nice atmosphere. I dont really like the levels 100%, seems limitted the hell out of it, detail is lost. Kick and bass seem a bit loud too.

Rest is good I think, sort the percussion out as well, they seem to far pushed bakc by the loud shaker. Good luck.

i think the track could be a lil slower as you making progressive trance. The bassline needs some improvement, nothing wrong with it, but for progessive trance you need a different type of bassline in my opinion. Nice atmoshpere, i like it, the levels needs a bit work. Nice counter melodies, but i miss a proper main melody in the track.

hope it helps,

keep it up, mate!

Peter

nice atmosphere indeed. agree with mycron on the bass and track "speed" if you go for progressive trance.

Hey, nice percs. I love the bass. The fx are nice. The bells and stuff are beautiful... Definately nice job on that. The main plucky synth type thing, I definately dig it.

Definately finish this dude, great job!
