If Hibernate is unsigned it frigging shouldn't be .

Edit:
Stratosphere, damn!
I don't know but I seem to be the only one here that thinks that this track is better than Hibernate!
This is topnotch-prog!

Yea, Hibernate is definitely good, great sounds and effects. Soundquality is also topnotch. Melody line, a bit repetitive maybe. Some alteration wouldn't hurt but this track really works for me nevertheless

Listened to these when you first posted them, never replied though. This is some good stuff, both of them!

Hibernate is a bit more chilled, with gorgeous pads.

My second FL song ever was called Stratosphere! Many people say this isn't as good as hibernate, but I think it's up there with it.

You obviously know what you're doing so I'll leave it at that.

Hey John and HNY

This sure is a whole new direction, indeed, not the nice melodic pumping/driving tune we are used of hearing from ya, but more like slow chilled atmospheric prog productions hehe.
I am liking this a lot, very well produced as usual.
Nice bass on hibernate and general atmosphere.
For Stratosphere: Cool tune as well, but i don't realy like that perc/clap you introduce at 2:26, not working for me, but for the rest it is nice: good groovy tune.

I'll play these on my prog show

PS: Just noticed Stratosphere cuts out suddenly/early right at the end, can you fix that for us.

both tracks sounds nice

the basslines bother me, though. bassline on the first one was too flat and on the second track, the bass is too bouncy and lacking low end

i think the second track's bassline could be a little stronger, less punchy and the cutoff on that bass synth could be lowered a little more. Also not liking that openhh sample on the second one, sounds more like a symbol ride.

Both track, i'm liking the other synthwork and the proudction elements. Mastering-wise, it's pretty clean. Nice work.

i agree about the snare in Stratosphere.. definitely sounds out of place. the rest of the track is quite cool though, especially the bassline.

That pitched pad at 4:15 in Stratosphere gives such a wicked effect, great. And i dont mind the bass at all.

I like both tracks, except for some taste issues in some sounds. But the atmospheres are really nice. I especially love the percussion in both tracks and the sine arps. Great stuff John, happy newyear!

thanks guys, this was an experiment for me. i know both tracks lack bass but as they were prog/tech i didnt want to overfill the frequencies, so they are kind of "light" to give a cleaner smoother effect.
