I'm just about to listen to one of your tunes lets see if it is really better than mine, I'll be honest, no shit!

You really really REALLY don't get it do you?! This place is no competition, it's a music community.

Now as you become better in making music, you'll understand that friends are always talking to your favour about your music. They will always say it's great. No shit. That's why we al come to this community to get (semi-)professional constructive feedback on our tracks. Expect some teardowns from honest people.

I want to be honest with you, and I will. But your fucked up attitude here might amplify, to me, the negative aspects I will find in the track. Now let me tell you that this could be easily made in fasttracker with loop samples. It sounds like it. Whether you made the loops your own or not, they dont sound all to good. The worst things actually are the overload of movie samples (come on you're no teenager anymore) and the structure. Why all those different kicks? Why the dull kicks? Why the tempo change in the track? Why is there no buildup, climax, or structure at all? Why the crash every 2 kicks? Why the house stabs in the beginning?

Who is your friend you're cooperating with, at least HE must have some sense of music or..?

To be honest and to talk in your language, I prefer the Balti minimal stuff, it's far more musical than the samplepasting you did.

dude?

this truly dose sound like uve opend up sound forge, and cut and pasted loads of stupid samples and loops, did you spend any more than 15 minutes on this, i think you put this on to get a responce, and id like to think that you would never realy think that this is worthy of being released, i dont want to sound harsh, becouse it is funny, and i like that, but realy, are you for real?

I really don't know where you guys get off, that tune is better than I've heard you people release. It's so blatantly obvious that you guys are a little gay community who scratch each others backs and when someone with real talent comes in with a decent tune you're all way too jealous. I pity you all! And you people are deaf as wwll as dumb, I've told you countless times that we make all of our own beats, basses and synths etc! *Shrugs*

with all this rubbish the thread has finally got my attention and ill have a listen...

d/ling....

ok. firstlly i did like how the track started. but it sounded like a atmospheric sample from a cd of atmospheric samples.

then the beat kicks in and i definately think loops im sorry but it just doesnt work. im not having a pop. i think you need to buy a new sample cd(techno drums based) and at least a midi controller keyboard. then control any soft synths you have on your programs.

at the moment it sounds far too unpro sample based and needs more originality in sample choice.

this is my honest opinion but if i were you i would open a new account under a different name here and start from scratch. then people wont be so harsh and you will get constructive feedback when you reply to others work. just a thought.

dont take things so personally xiu. learn to take things with a pinch of salt instead of jumping on anything that moves in an attempt to win an argument.

i thought mine was the worst!
there is no ambiance in ur track and its full of breakdowns..!!
the pads dont go with the rest of the track and it doesnt give me a feel
of something that might happen next!

I expected this tune to be bad because of all the negative respone and I was sure surprised! Hey Xiu don't pay any atenttion to those who think this is aweful because it is truely an excellent tune. I hope you don't mind but I've now added it to my permenant playlist!
Those guntalk samples are from Snatcher if I'm not mistaken. Man I loved that game, it's 12 years old now, where does the time go. BTW Xiu I downloaded your album and the quality of tunes is staggering, you guys should have a record deal! Keep up the good work!
