"Not finished" isnt an ultimate statement. And as you were defending yourself before you wasnt aware of "this issue"

Oh please. These clips were meant to be a taster of things to come and clearly marked as works in progress. Getting hung up on an insignificant detail like that really isn't what we were looking for.
Well Foyle posted a long positive comment with one negative thing. It was you who hung up for this insignificant detail.

Uhh... all I said was "of course it sounds old, it's a Rhodes" and then he flipped off at me. His first post wasn't very clear with the Nintendo references etc.
And that will be enough of that, thank you. Back on topic.

then why get all defensive in the first place? no need for it. if you are going to share your music then grow some balls and learn to take a bit of critisism.

1st track is very nice and soothing. I dunno what all this talk is about some sound in there not matching. I liked the whole thing and can't wait to hear it in full.
2nd track did sound out dated like it was theme music for an old video game.
3rd track sounds bad ass and I would definitely rock it out.
Good work and good luck finishing these tunes!

took a listen through the samples a couple of times...
interested to see the album in it's entirety...from the samples sounds like there is potential for all three tracks...i think it'll be better to listen to the album as a whole though before judging as i'm sure that's how it's meant to be taken.

everything sounds really pro, interesting melodies, good mixing and mastering.
But nothing special somehow, even it sounds like a very solid production. Everything sounds very standard.
I guess lots of people like this kind of music,
it is well produced, technically and musically, but I am really missing the "spice" in it. Something very catchy and special, which makes it unique.
But perhaps this will come at a later time - when it's finished

Well, ultimately, it's our music and we'll make it the way we want it to sound. Feedback and pointers are always welcome of course but at the end of the day we're doing this for ourselves

not at all keen on the first or third ones.
clip two is great, the actual piano sound is fantastic IMO, I get what you're trying to do with it and it works. The melody is fantastic as well, good work

I really like the clear percussions in the samples. Sounds really ace already, looking forward to the finished stuff.
