Hey, is this still going on?
The deal is, if you have money then buy some drinks, if you don't then don't. A drink is just a little gift you can give to someone. Male or female. Makes someone else happy and makes you happy too if you can afford it. |

That's rather pathetic. I don't get how girls do that. Well I do, but... Anyway, you know what I mean. It's not something I could see myself doing. |

EXACTLY!!
I buy guys and girls drinks when I can and when I think they merit a beverage. :)
It has nothing to do with wanting to pick up, it has more to do with just a nice gesture. However, as a habbit, I only buy friends drinks. |

Definitely. I can't comprehend how some girls actually have the audacity to ask guys for drinks! If a guy that I don't know offers to buy me a drink, I'd feel bad taking it if I wasn't going to stick around. I always try and put myself in the guy's shoes; how would I feel if I spent $50 buying a girl drinks only for her to leave with some other guy? |

True say. People view things differently, however, and many don't quite value things like most generally do. As far as guys paying for things for me, I generally don't feel too great about accepting it regardless of what it is - e.g. Drinks, tickets, etc. |
