Ethanol = C2H5OH
Formula in your document = C6H12O6 => 2 CH3CH2OH + 2 CO2
I remember it as C6H12O6 => 2 C2H5OH (ethanol) + 2CO2 + energy (2%ATP + 3%warmth)
I thought in pure form it was lethal, but apperanthly not, I stand correctly ;) |

because my body doesnt work right and i dont eat a normal balanced diet. |
the bad condition of your body is a result of a non-normal balanced diet. i strongly doubt swallowing all those so called 'vitamines' are as healthy as normal fruit/vegetables.
is it that hard to eat normal and stay away from the junkfood? |

Not so much as expensive and time-consuming.
There are people out there who are poor (or cheap) or don't have time (or are lazy), so eating healthy isn't the easiest thing to do.
I eat healthily when I can, but I take supplements as well. |

i dont eat THAT badly.
like in a normal day, i'll have a bagel with cream cheese for reakfast. a sandwich for lunch and maybe some sushi or thai food for dinner. and a candy bar and maybe a diet coke or two. and a beer on occasion.
i kno may ppl who eat far worse. my sleeping habits and stress level are far more detrimental than my diet. so if supplements can help for a faster recovery then i am all over it. |

nowaday easy food is really accessible, and i dont mean fast food, i mean the packaged dinners. Its advertised as healthy eating but it is reallu pumped full of that itns normally found in fresh meat vegs etc. To get the most out of food it dus mean time consuming cooking (i still dunno how my mama dus it).
I tend to eat really well for say 6months then loose it again (hence taking vits), then come back to it in another few months. Ive recently started on the health trip again (only a few days) more for financial reasons, but im finding it very rewarding... its the fresh fruit and salad that i make for my lunch that seem to be doing the most good, n a balanced meal aint hard to do for the evening (ill b eating veggi lasagne all week only have to make a large dish of it once n it'll last till sunday)
It actually isnt as hard as we make out to cook n eat well, its worth a try... ur body is the only one u got may as well try n lok after it. |
