Poor Border Patrol!!!

Hi all,
I feel that America needs to line our military on the borders of the USA, north and south border, even on the beaches. It needs to be done, why you ask?
We have about 2-3 million illegal mexicans that come into the USA and I feel that we need to put a stop to it. What stop Arabs from running over along with mexicans and then plotting against the homeland?
I feel that the USA should line our borders with tanks and heavy artillery and make sure nothing gets across our borders. Even though these people are coming over for a better life, it is not fair for those people who do it correctly to get in.
Also, these illegal mexicans don't assimilate to the USA and they don't learn English which is VERY VERY bad, I feel that if you can't speak english you need to get out of the USA, English is our official language.
Many hard working Americans living on the southern border jeopardize their life by forming their own groups to stop illegal immigrants from running over the border.
I know if I had things my way, anything that got close to the border and tried to run over would be blown to bits before it touched good ol' USA soil. My judgements may sound rash, but the USA is becoming very lax, they say they are beefing up homeland security WHEN EVERDAY HUNDREDS OF ILLEGALS run over the border.
If something is not done, we are doomed.
A man named Pat J. Buchanen who ran for office was for shutting off our borders, a shame he didn't get elected. |

The 9/11 hijackers came into the country legally, and they were even on CIA and INS watch-lists.
And If Pat Buchanan was elected president, we would be doomed indeed. |

No self-respecting intelligent person would support marginal extremists like Pat Buchanan :rolleyes:
And keep in mind that all of us American TAs on these forums are very liberal and generally speaking we hate narrow-minded conservative bigots and idiots, so you won't be in very good company here.
I agree that security is important, but come on, there are ways to achieve it without the recklessness and brutality you described. After all, aren't we the "Champions of Human Rights"??! :rolleyes:

All those FOB's (foreigners on boat) coming into Canada and America is a desparate attempt to seek a better life in a better country as to escape the bitterness from their own country.
I agree with you. There should be tighter border controls and border patrol should be set up better between Mexico and America. You are right, foreigners should at least learn the language of the country. Even in Canada, foreigners can still come here as a permanent resident and may not even be able to speak english very well to communicate.
Sneaking into Canada and America is unfair to people who use the proper way to immigrate.
If it werent for those damn terrorists, criminals and drug smugglers, we (Canada) and the US could have an open border with no patrols :tongue2 |
