You only listen to trance??

| how many of yall listen to trance exclusively? I know I do, I used to listen to some alternative, but now even a crappy trance song is better than anything else to me... i guess im a fanatic, but ive been like this for years... |

| i listen to trance 24/7, but when i dj at local parties, i have to play other stuff, like hip hop/ reggae and that kind of bull. sometimes i have to play indian music. i once tried playing a trance song and everyone just walked away.:( |

| I've a rather eclectic taste in music, therefore I listen to a wide spectrum of genres. Trance, Drum and Bass, Jungle, Techno, Breaks, Classical, Latin, Jazz, Alternative, etc. Variety's a big theme in my life, so I need a bit of it all. :) However, electronica always takes the cake. (Damnit, that Goldie set was fantastic!) |

my tastes are incredibly diverse.
My heart lives and breathes trance, that's for sure, but I also enjoy techno, tech-trance, progressive, breaks, dnb, jungle, deep house, ambient, you name it.
I'm also a huge fan of 1994-1999 alternative rock.... stuff like Our Lady Peace, Foo Fighters, Weezer... stuff I grew up with.
The only stuff I don't "get" is rap, hip hop, happy hardcore, and pop. |

i'd have to say my tastes are pretty diverse as well .. I find it totally depends on my moods. I'm a huge fan of Classical, like Debussy, Bach and i'm a fan of opera for some reason.. it sounds great in the morning!! seriously.. like Puccini's Nessun Dorma, or One Fine Day from Madame Butterfly!! I'm also a huge fan of Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong -- jazz is definatly part of my playlist when i'm in the mood for just completely relaxing or in some sort of reflective mood late late at night. Also definatly LO-FI like -- Weekend Players, or Mono ...
But anyways down to electronic music I started on Happy Hardcore back in 1995 though I was never ever a raver i just love the music and the energy it gives you, and I still like listening to it even now.
edit -- heh what i don't listen to and was never really fond of was gangster rap, and country.. though some hiphop tunes can be kinda catchy they're never stuff i'd ever pick up in the record store or even bother downloading. |

same goes for me + the morning radio show on Z103. Otherwise, it's all-trance all the time!

| Trance %95 of the time, other times I go back to my rrots and hit up NOFX, No use for a name, Tilt, Bad Religion, Pennywise, pretty much all the old Epitaph bands. |
