Progressive and Trance have amalgamated pretty close in the past few years. I mean Mixmag doesn't even review progressive and trance separately anymore.

Upon further inspection, I have decided that the following genres are being mis-represented at this party:

- Atmospheric D'n'B
- Hard Acid Techno
- Speedcore
- Booty House
- Heavy Metal Goa
- Progressive Breaks
- Nu Skool Breaks
- Trip Hop
- Speed Garage
- Ragga Jungle
- Gangsta Rap
- Nu NRG
- Deep Latin House

I firmly insist that at least one of each DJ be booked for this event, otherwise I will whine and bitch for another 10 pages of this thread. And you DON'T want that, oh no, you better meet the demands of the Trip Hop Whores...

Someone's been visiting the Electronic Guide to Music... :toothless

Speedcore...has anyone honestly ever heard that played ANYWHERE??:nervous:
Endlesswave
LOL @ speedcore.
DigiNut
Are you dissing my music? Are you dissing speedcore? You guys have NO ing right to put me down on that. I've been here longer than you. I'm just trying to say that the scene doesn't have enough speedcore, and if there's ever speedcore, it's like some stupid warm-up set. Why can't we get a speedcore main act, huh? Book speedcore in the other room!

it, you guys just aren't cool enough to understand.

:p :toothless :thepirate

Disclaimer: I DO NOT listen to speedcore. The preceding post was a sarcastic joke. Perhaps it may look familiar, though...
The Highroller
I've heard it played on a webradio station before. Along with noizecore
Endlesswave
That's not surprising Graham. It's on the web...:p
Skipper
Whoa, this thing is still going.
DigiNut

This is my final rant on this topic - armada, you have ceased to come up with any more interesting or creative insults, and I'm getting rather bored.

I must ask, though, why does only attending some of the events make me less worthy of a gig? You had your chance to play just like I had mine. How is that so unjust?

If you would like to say that because you attended one or two more events than I did, and that makes you more worthy of a spot at this particular event, then go ahead...but "committment" speaks nothing about attitude and, whoa, even DJ skill - both of which are factors in getting gigs too.

But..please explain to me what you are trying to gain by this thread. Some of us are just trying to stand up for ourselves. You are so blatantly trying to drag other people down with you. It's become rather unfortunate. Think anyone wants to book you, after the bull you've initiated in this thread? the name calling, the swearing, the ridiculous accusations? How does all of that help PROGRESSIVE MUSIC?

In conclusion to this post, in which I've had to again make you look like a very desperate individual, I'll just say this: you can accuse me of being on TA just to get gigs, you can accuse me of being a horrible person because I didn't show as much "support" as you to this community, which you are so superior in, you can imply I have no DJ skill, even. I know, as do many others, that all of that is untrue. If it makes you feel better to say it though, go ahead. I'm not too concerned, because it is apparent that every time you post, your credibility has gone the same way as your respect for the rest of the folks on this board - completely out the window.
