If I can offer any advice to anybody on here:
Don't do things for others with the expectation that you'll get something in return as a result. That isn't how it works. Do things for others just to be a good, giving person.
If you want to do something for someone - and expect something in return - write up a contract. Lay out clear expectations and conditions - have both parties sign it - and if one party doesn't follow trough, bitch and whine and SUE. |
