Nice set but short. Why can't us blokes in the US of A get these media types to broadcast this on the radio? I was at NYC Summerstage and the last Roxy gig to see PvD and have yet to see any live sets from those.

Damn it ain't fair I tell ya. :whip: :whip: :whip:
when i get back from london on mon i ll send u the set from roxy :D just pm me to make sure i remember

But I love this pic, Lam and the guy who asked me if I was really rich or something on the way out...sorry I dont remember lots of names in that state! And a better answer to your question is...No I'm just going into debt now! But I think it was worth it for the night nothing even close, in NYC and it's supposed to be such a great place to party...NOT, to get that spannered I would have to spend about $300+,(the cost of my flight...heh) not that that is most important but certainly makes it more fun. And dont get me started on the cost to see even one of those DJ's...but anyway my flight awaits nice to see those I did, and sorry missed the others...maybe next time after I am out of debt in June of next year lol well I hope not that long...:(

Cheers

Hrm well I didnt end up meeting any of you (again), but then I really didnt know what I was looking for (except a wank tune sign at the front left ;)) ...

I guess at the end of the day i didnt really have as good a night as i had hoped... The lines were ed, my mate got his taken off him by the dogs, which put a damper on things.

Gabriel and dresden were playing when we got in, personally i thought they were ing boring, which was compounded by the fact they played like 45 mins longer than they should have because tiesto is ing useless and cant show up to a gig on time. We got sick of waiting for him to show up and went to see the tidy boys instead....

after that i dont remember much of what happened, except that there was a long ass line to get back into the main arena on all but one of the corners (weird), I was pretty out of it but i think i spent most of the night just wandering around trying to find somewhere i felt like staying but not really managing it.

The only set i really saw was Ferry's, and I really liked it, so the night wasnt a complete waste. Pissed I didnt get a chance to talk to him but he kinda left in a hurry. Judge jules is still wank.

anyway i probably wont get the chance to meet any of you before i go home unless youre going to gods on the 19th... but keep trancing anyway

White Rabbi, I is the 't00t' guy ;)

nice ta see you all, I had a really fun time, even tho the general feel of the music the whole nite was crappola, save Connective, G&D's set and RYBR.

lol

was wondering if you'd seen that

Well since I am here, I have my little synapsis of NEC review, whatever, though it is so late now and everyone has mostly said everything but , i'll give it to ya anyway...

Story behind me going: Missed the amazing PvD show here in new york 14/11, got pissed off, didnt see anything coming up for ages, then booked the trip to UK a week prior to the show. Impulsive but I knew I would spend alot more to try and see all those djs here...After an hours wait to get in that for most was 2 hours - more searching than for most airports they even checked the seam in my socks. Dogs and all, just a pain really but we jumped the line a bit so wasn't as bad as it could have been. Props again to misty kitty for her skills is this what they mean by gate crasher...:)

G & D- were playing as we got in, OK
Motorcycle- As the rush comes live, she is very hot all the lads loved her. No one cared what she sang as stated previously here
Scott bond- was excellent hadn't heard alot before, he was swapped with tiesto ...then tiesto still was later...he had prior show in ireland and I thought it may conflict, but at least he arrived
Pvd- missed him live...I was stuck outside arena-waiting for some more to exit for about 25 minutes...but when I did get in was excellent
Tiesto-what can I say tiesto right after PVd? excellent.

The others? well in all honesty I was getting pretty out of it after tiesto, but the last three were Armin, Ferry C. and Judge Jules and I remember thinking I could not stand for one more minute for all three, but managed it... I checked out both of the two other arenas, for a few minutes here and there in my wanderings and it was OK, but mates were in main arena so didnt venture away too long...Also all schedules were out the window there so have no idea who was where outside main arena.
ALso I was sure we were going to leave when JJ started, but we didn't and as far as the parts of him I saw (I think I was hiding in a corner somewhere by the end) he seemed OK. Didn't send our group running as I thought it may, anyway. ANd he wasn't why I was hiding either lol But I probably should have been around huh Lam...next time i'll say something :D

Anyway was a great show, But can't beat being there only thing is the sets are short but can't win everything...And it is a long time until Tiesto is anywhere near here so glad I went. Missed the whole Tiesto thing too , too far from the stage but I wasn't really paying attention anyway as someone right next to me seems to have seen it just fine heh, must have been me then...Well all you UKTA's should really appreciate what you've got there...some of these reviews are so blase, no offense but what part sucked? I dont think anyone used that term but you know what I refer to ... I guess being american I am entertained easily lol, no this is not it! OK I will give credit for having just seen a better show the previous night...yes this is a good reason to be unimpressed, is hard anywhere to have two excellent nights in a row, everything has to be perfect the second night :)
Well if nothing else you guys got the chill out room gals anyway. Some serious zoning going on around there...:)

Anyway It was - for me - worth the time, effort and the crappy brit cold I brought back (sorry, no other way to put it) :(
Well just my biased opinion here nothing too drastic. :toocool:
