How exactly does one get there? I throw "flight from Toronto to Podgorica" into Expedia.ca and it craps out on me.
I know there aren't direct flights - but usually Expedia is good enough to give you the connections and such.
I went to Montenegro Airlines (http://www.montenegroairlines.com) and it has Toronto on the list - but I couldn't pull up a schedule with times/fares. |
Well, it's obvious that Montenegro still doens't have an appropriate infrastructure for international tourism.. but it's getting there :)
The best choice is to fly via Budapest, but because it's the cheapest and easiest route, it's probably sold out for this season. Toronto-Budapest-Podgorica.
But you can also go TO-Frankfurt-Podgorica or TO-Frankfurt-Tivat (the city on the coast), or via Rome (the most expensive probably).
Expedia is definitely not the place to look for it :) Try any independent travel agency. If you're serious about it, I'll direct you to some agencies here that specifically deal with Eastern Europe and will probably get you the best deal. |

| would anyone know anything about working in Europe during the summer? like do I need to get a special permit or something? It'd be awsome if I could work while vacationing in Europe. need to save up some money for school and I can't afford to stay in Europe for a few months without working like last summer. :D |
