^^^don't look for support here.. these people are scared to go off the beaten path :stongue: :stongue: see how they follow a cliche scheme Amsterdam-Frankfurt-Ibiza.. The Balkans are the dark corners of society for them.. haha I'm only joking.
EXIT is always wicked, unfortunately, I didn't make it there last summer, but 2001 was unbelievable |

If I had the luxury to take the entire summer off I would be exploring off the beaten path, but my responsibilities stop me from doing so. SO I must manage with what little time I have and hitup just the major stuff for now. Gah I feel like such a tourist already. :whip: :whip: |

yes I agree with jebac and brunette
Eastern Europe has alot to offer. I believe there is an electronic festival in Romania too(never been, but I believe it's called the mission), there are also those on the Black Sea. Beside there are good djs in Romania almost every week
for example;
-David Morales - 12 martie
-Sister Bliss - 13 martie
Benny Benass
-Lemon8 - 19 martie
-Dave Seaman - 20 martie
-Steve Porter - 26 martie
-Steve Lawler - 2 aprilie
Timo Mass
-Pete Tong - 3 aprilie
-James Zabiela - 17 aprilie

Don't get me wrong, I love the major stuff.. it's apparent why they are as popular as they are (Rome, Paris, Barcelona, Prague..) But I just hate the "ordinary" tourist crowd. But I'm thinking that there isn't really an atypical travel spot anymore, everything seems within reach now and everywhere you go you'll run into a crowd doing the same thing.. :(
BTW, what is left of your original plan? Only Germany for a week?? (Because of a job?! :p) |

Your right, there just doesnt seem like there's any spot left without it being touristy. Travelling has become a cliche now, its almost become a right of passage for the young.
and yes yes, becuase of A job, I must give up the major plans to trek across europe. If it were some nowhere ending job I wouldnt think for a second to drop it and go. Unfortunatly I can't just give this up that easily. I do have to somehow plan for the future too you know :p |

Mongolia would be amazing. But places like Nepal have been overrun by tourists who leave there garbage everywhere ruining the once beautiful countryside. I hear even the buddhist temples in Western China and Nepal are being deccimated by tourists, since its the new travelling fad. Nothing is sacred anymore. |
