UNI - My post semester 1 rant! (pg. 5)

there's nowt wrong with UWS, it's just a relatively new place that hasn't had time to forge a reputation for any particular field yet. Of coursem that means the degree doesn't carry quite as much weight as it might from elsewhere, more than any bearing it has on the quality.
I had two friends who shared a house, both applied for the same course at UWS, one got a place 5 minutes from home at parramatta, the other had to go out to the nepean campus. not sure how they decided who got which campus. parramatta still isn't very close to the city, and not on a direct train line from city, you'll have to swap at clyde i think. |

This is my last year of uni...
already taken 3 days off in my first week :eyespop: i also bitch about how crap uni is ect. But in reality when i do get a job i doubt i can take off all these days, sleep in every morning knowing i have a 9am lecture, so basically i am living it up.
First mistake in my first lecture "There is no exam for this subject"
Second mistake "The exam is taken from the text book"
So, in conclusion the lecturers need to realise not to tell me things like this and i may actually attend uni :nervous:
As for the boy girl ratio at my uni id say
90:10

On my campus :D
in my course there are roughly 250 girls and about 4-8 boys, two are gay ;) |

4 hours im meant to be there on monday, 9-1pm
skipped the lecture, went to an hour of the tute before i flipped it off. |

what happened to my campus? why has it gone met all of as sudden? please...get over it, its just a mohawk
ill have to admit, the chick to guy ratio is alot better and this years sport studies group is lookin good...mine sucks:whip:
4 units, each taught by 2 lecturers who like to give work....which means full time work
hows this, im there 5 days a week and for 3 weeks ill be doing uni prerequisite on the weekends...thats 7 days a week ill be learning and not goin out
im lovin this uni thing |
