Not really. The Old Testament is not promoting wars or violence, its telling the stories of the wars which actually occured. Tells the stories of violent events in order to bring out a good moral. No bad deed goes unpunished in the bible as far as i know. |

we're all born good natured, ive just decided for myself to base my life on living prosperously and happily. No one ever told me that I need to be good or I burn in hell, and even if someone did, why should i bother to listen? where's the incentive in that? for me, this life is a preparation period for the next step in existance.:) |

i agree we are born good natured, but genetics still has role and our personality or ambitions may not may us "good natured" :D |
