One thing is for damn sure.
I need a new mixer. This p.o.s. doesn't have an equalizer, which I've heard would help my transitioning/beat-matching. But when James posted how much a DJM-500 costs, I damn near fell outta my chair. |

You will hate me more if you would know how much I have paid for the whole deal (refer to the end of the beginner DJ thread @ DJ Booth). :D
I would definitely need to learn the basics from someone who DJ'ed before. All those tutorials online are like "HWhaaa???". Yeah, I will have 200 bux for vynil. I will head out to dropshop as soon as I get my decks. |

heh, i won't ask!
yea, $200 will only get ya like 16 records these days... but ya got CD decks to so ya can burn mad CDRs to get a jump start. |

Well, computer problems finally fixed....but besides that, with Chechos getting the axe and Markus @ MIA tomorrow possibly facing the same fate, this night has sure as hell not been a good one. :(

Yeah that's the best thing about CD decks, people get to play underground amature tracks that haven't been released and probably will never see vinyl. |
