i take it you've never run before,... track work,.. sprints,...
in high school i puked 6 times one day,... sprint work will kick your ass but will also drop your run times drastically,... all to get in shape right??:D |

Even when I was 80 LBs overweight I could still move fast. I've run but I'm sure it wasn't to the degreee you're talking about. |
