Nope... no DJ's ever come to Iowa. Too many trance haters who were fooled by the cops into thinking that raves are places where everyone just listens to techno and does E. And they think the chillout chairs are for people who have had to much E, and they're only there so they can lower down a bit from a high before going back out to take more E. Foolish people...
Anyway, no, I've never shook hands with a famous DJ. Wish I could shake hands with PvD though. |

Probably sounds like a brag (and it is a bit :D ) but i've met Armin probably 8 times or so, Corsten i've sat and chatted too, plus other people i've met:
Piet from Rank 1, Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Guy Ornadal, Matt Hardwick, Goldenscan, Pulser, M.I.K.E, Judge Jules... probably other but this is just from memory.
Good thing is i got most of them to sign a vinyl, when i get my digi camera i'll post picks one day soon. Best pieces have to be Flouro CD signed by Oakey, Ligaya signed on my birthday from Ferry, Plasticboy: Silverbath promo signed by M.I.K.E, Japanese release of Rank 1 album signed... as i said, i'll post picks one day. |

i've met ferry a couple of times, had a chat with him after one of his sets last year in Crasher in London, a throughly nice guy.
Also met G&D numerous times. everytime they are in London, the london UKTA's are out in force...they must think we are stalking them!
