not very big at all, that's why he suffers from penis envy, is completely insecure, and will send anybody to hell that does not acknowledge him |

look at south america 95 percent are catholics and a little more thant 0.0001 percent are athiests....now for evolution only 35 percent of the people in south america beleive in it---- |
No way in hell (ie South America :D)
China and India alone are one third of world population, and the majority of people from these countries don't believe in a monotheist religion, so you get your number back to 66&
As for Brazil, only 80% of the population is Catholic, by the way, so I would re-think your numbers about South America as well. |

Lira - pay no attention to any of the 'statistics' Electronicmaji posts, most of them are pulled out of thin air. I've asked him for a source every time he's posted one, but he's ignored the request every time.
And god has a big wang. A very wig wang. :nervous: |

I thought so... specially when he says only 35% of people here believe in Evolution: he really must be trapped in the middle of the Colombian jungle, because, at least in Brazil, most of us learn about Darwin in high school... except for some fundamentalist Christians who are actually fun to talk to, for example: I was attinding to night classes about "Introduction to the Theory of Foreign Affairs" and our teacher mentioned evolutionsim. A lady (she was indeed older) started to argue saying he was going to hell).
Poor teacher, he tried to say it wasn't his fault but was useless :p

and no it wont become half as ridiculous as the flat earth theory because the wrongness of the flat earth theory can be OBSERVED yes its a long word here let me help you out.. OB-SERV-ED |
Well, not really observed. If you were to take a telescope and goto a high point, and point it east or west, then you should be able to see another country. However this is not the case, because the earth is not flat.
So if you were to observe a flat earth, you should be able to see the tip of the flat earth. But do you? No because the earth is spherical. |

I think you probably pulled that statistic out of your ass, but I agree with you that Latin America is overwhelmingly Catholic.
That's why it's astounding (and telling) when Latin America categorically rejects the Bush Administration's Christian Fundamentalist policies on family planning. |
