I think there may be many suprises in this tournament and I feel it is a better Tournament than the world cup.
In the world cup the hosting country is almost guaranteed a spot in the final with who ??? Brazil as usual.
Of coarse I am bias for Germany, call them old but I think they have been to more world cup finals than any other team and they are second or tied with Italy in Championships next to Brazil who obviously have dominated the last decade or more of international football competition!
Keep a eye on clubs like the Swiss for a upset in the B pool and possibly denamrk or sweden from the C.
Ultimately I see the winners of France vs. England and Germany vs. Italy in the final. |

BTW, even though I said earlier that France should win this, keep in mind that football is absolutely unpredictable this days, and last world cup, as well as this years Champions League prove this.
France are certainly favourites, but I would not be surprised if some relatively weak country will win this.
BTW, are they showing all games on some channel in Canada? |

yea Germany isnt going anywhere (tho i'd like to see them do well). They just got blown out by Romania a couple of weeks ago (5-1) got trounced by France earlier this year while they were @ home no less.
