just to keep things in perspective when boy george was at system he played for roughly 1 HOUR and it was $35 at the door....many dj's charge the same for only 2 hours of work...
$50 early bird for anywhere from 8-12 hours of danny t sounds pretty good to me |

Please don't get me wrong. I know nothing about Tenaglia, and he probably is as good as people say. But it would be nice to at least to know what to expect when you pay big $ to see a DJ. |
Well, that's not his job is it? That's the job of the promoters. He isn't at a point in his career where he needs to justify himself to anybody in terms of what to expect.
It's the equivalent of asking what Eric Clapton does. |

I love that thread, some good reviews in there. The bit about him talking over the mic...classic Danny.
"I play boom-boom music"
(Ilya, I cannot stress to you enough, that you will NOT like this style of music. Think housier than Deep Dish, but not house like Roger Sanchez.) |

In exactly 5 weeks it will be 8:10am on July 1 - and we'll probably still be on the dancefloor at boa.

Allright, Allright, I trust you on the matter, and at this I shall leave this alone :D |

All I can say is it is going to be one intensely hype party! Everything I've heard about (and from) him sounds amazing. I can't think of a better sounding, friendlier, energetic place than Boa for this event. It's gonna be big and I'm madly happy I'm going to be there :)
Sorry had to get that off my chest lol. Ya I can agree with everything said before, he doesn't have a live set out there from recent memory. I looked! Strange though, normally that kind of attitude would bother me, but from what I've heard, it will be worth it to hear him live and in person.
GAH I'm rambling, so excited, can't wait! |

haha Dude, this guy is supposed to be the kindest/ sweetest guy in the scene. If you read that thread in tribe, the people mention how prior to the party he went around shaking the hands of people in line. hahah |

Then I have to rescind my earlier comment. I am humbled!
BUT I still can't wait to hear him! |
