me too, thats the only way i can do it...
if you want to truly enjoy it and get your moneys worth you must be able to stay until the end....
on that note, if it doesnt sell out on saturday night, i can;t see may ppl paying 60-70 for an afterhours club. Not in Toronto. People will be floored when they show up at the door.
Looks like its early bird or bust. |

| Have you seen the regular turnout for afterhours in Toronto? Comfort Zone, Boa, Film (formerly)... There are tons of people looking for something to do after last call and there are even more looking for Tenaglia :) |

Not really, earlybird tickets are limited so that people who cannot make it to Boa tonite also have a chance to buy tickets which will go on sale June 1 at Music authority, Release records & Jet rag for the advance price of $60. |

It seems to me that at least half the people here are only excited because his name is so popular, and not because they have anything to base their opinions on..
EDIT. Please don't get me wrong. I know nothing about Tenaglia, and he probably is as good as people say. But it would be nice to at least to know what to expect when you pay big $ to see a DJ. |
I have seen Danny Tenaglia twice. Once at the Guvernment back in 1999 and the other time at the closing party at Industry. He was fabulous at the guv but the industry night was one of the best parties I have ever been to. At around 1am they announced that he had been detained at the border and would not be getting into TO until about 4 or 5 but they also stated over the mic that he still promised to play atleast a 12 hour set when he arrived..and he made good on that promise. People left the club, went home for a nap and came back to still find him behind the decks. At noon people were still paying upwards of 80 dollars to get into the party. He is a machine and puts on a monstrous show. Yes, he is very housey and is a vocal track man as opposed to just vocal samples. I am not typically a huge fan of circuit house or the parties but Danny T's housey beats are usually dark and pounding. Definitely someone you cannot miss seeing live. |

40 dollars US coming from Canada is a lot but still is not 75 dollars. And doing the conversion is not really fair because if we were using American money in Canada, it would still be 75 dollars. And why must you argue with me? :P |

| avb on the boat july 1st is baciscally the same price for danny t at boa...except the cruise is only 4.5 hours meaning avb will spin for 3 hours.....so danny t spinning 8-10+ is looking like a pretty good deal:D |
