Yeah no pressure ay... I remembered my parrallel parking was way off and im thinking "i failed for sure" but for some reason I still got it hehehe

Its half the hazard test and the other half is like the L's test, two of my mates said "Yes you do have to read the book" i.e study a little bit... and yeah they will send a mail when your eligable to go for it. Gay how you have to pay $35 or what ever it is even if you fail, and if you pass you still hve to pay that $35 + the licence comes out like $90 or around there.
I remember this guy @ school he failed his L's test like 9 times this is with the new law (pay every time you fail :haha: )
Back in the days when you could fail your L's test and just rebook it for FREE now you have to pay for every thing even the dam log book..but its on the web so i guess its ok but still.... RTA think we are all rich bastards WE HAVE A LIFE TOO! |

If you havent been bothered to get your greens, chances are your Reds have expired, and you know have to do your L's again :) With 120 hours, have fun mate :D (You've got a max of 18 months on Reds, before they expire)
And the test for Green P's is the Hazard Perception Test
Test for Black Licence is Advanced Hazard Perception and more road rules, kinda like the L's test. So you need to learn your road rules again :p |

So many colourful licences you have up there... what's it all mean.
Down here all we have is P's (red) and in 3 years you get given your full (blue). (then there's heavy vehicle and stuff.,. but no one cares about those) |

yeah.. hehe we use to have that law just the red for 1 year...
now 3 years
1 year = red (max 80kmh)
2 year = green (max 100kmh)
there is a exam inbetween
oh and that new law 0.00000000000000000000000000000 alchol limit
we even cant use mouth wash with alchol or not even those little bottle chocolates with alcohol
them new brethalisers that you wont have to keep the plastic tube, but just speak to the machine... the machine can even pick up the alchol reading from the passsengers side aswell... technology is getting pretty freaky

with the amount of alcohol in mouthwash, timtams, alcoholic icecreams etc...i don't think the breathalysers that the cops carry are anywhere near sensitive enough to pick up those slight traces of alcohol in your breath.
i've eaten timtams and been breathalysed about 2hrs later (had about 4, don't know how long that lasts in your body)...told the cops that when he came to my window and he said it'd be fine. one big breath and i was let off and on my way. |

We don't have any speed limits for P's (other than the normal ones, would be cool if there were none at all for P's :stongue: )
0.00 BAC or loss of licence.
Piss all demrit points.
And you have it for 3 years... I don't think I've missed anything
(Oh yeah.. and there's restriction on the power to weight ratio for the car you drive.. ie. nothing to powerful.) |

The breathalyers are new, like they just finished doing the beta testing kind of thing..
Its being introduced slowly, it was in channel 10 news. |

even if these new high-tech breathalysers detect the trace amounts of alcohol in your system from mouthwash/biscuits/dessert, the more detailed examination down at the copshop will prove your innocence and you'll receive (or atleast you should) a polite word of apology from the coppers for wasting your valuable time :)
btw, these breathalysers you refer to passed through the testing phase quite a while back (before easter), but aren't in use. they are waiting to be gazetted by your state parliament, which views it as a low priority. |
