Regarding the point someone made that US would not be able to start a war against a middle-east country, I fear that is not quite true. Don't forget about the Gulf War, don't forget how many enemies the U.S. has, not because it helped many countries, but especially because it has interfered in issues that did not concern U.S., or its integrity. we should all agree that no country is allowed to be the "universal cop" of the world. so this is the point Bin-Laden tried to make, though it is far from making it in an acceptable way. it's just incredible! mom called me from LA this morning, told me to open the TV so I saw what's going on...!!! |
First of all if a COUNTRY was behind the actions we could very well and probably will goto war. But if it was a single man (osama bin laden) like u and i believe .. we can not goto war with a man who acted individually. Ok and the gulf war? how is iraq invading kuwait any dif then germany invading france (ww2)? .. A war started over a soccer game so dont speak on conditions of war. Maybe the us is the "Universal cop" .. its better then taking over canada/mexico and any other country we want .. not sayin we could or would want to do !that! eh?

| the number thing is still up in the air.. they have had many opinions about that such as : United Airlines= UNITEDstates of AMERICA and with the numbers.. who knows it might be a 90 % possiblility that they are linked .. i mean these terrorist are f'in smart as hell. It wouldnt suprise me that this is apart of the whole attack as well. |

The team was scheduled to open its training camp tomorrow in Los Angeles.
• Mark Bavis, age unknown, an amateur scout for the Los Angeles Kings. Bavis was also a passenger on United Airlines Flight 175.

it STILL makes me upset about those Palestinians celebrating in the streets chanting "God is Great!" grrrr......ya, like god wanted 10,000+ innocent people to die and maybe cause a war to break out....dont those people realize that they might have awakened a sleeping dragon? And I am fully behind the president's actions, especially when he said that not ONLY would the people behind this be punished, but ALSO the people supporting this terrorist act.

plus something youve all not thought about... the financial implications, 2 days ago the worlds economy was headed for a recession, who knows what this will do, the world markets closed 300 points lower than they opened, this is not an attack on america only, its an attack on all of democracy |

| I agree with stop bashing the arabs..etc. But in all actuality they brought it upon themselves. What are we as americans supposed to do when we see the people of their country jumping for joy and saying god is great for destroying our nation and killing thousands? |
