Actually you are wrong because I don't speak that way. "We all" is a very strong statement. It has nothing to do with race. For me my response would have been written as a simple "I agree". I definitely would have never written "tru dat". That just sounds ignorant.

It was the way it was written...as a question. He sounded confused and surprised that not all black people are thugs. That would be like a black person assuming that all white people listen to country music, carry shotguns, and drive pick up trucks. |

Most stations now do nothing but cater to minorities. Every god damn channel has a show about a latino family, or black brothers, or single moms, etc etc etc. It's all about ratings.
And how many "white-anglo-saxon stations" exist is not the point. The point is that a "WASP Entertainment Television" would be immediately shut down on terms of discrimination and racism. Talk about a double standard. |
