Nice reviews...**definately** not surprised by the complaints; although a little advice for the ppl who complain that there's no room. Check out the stage every once in a while. On Labour of Love it was packed like crazy too, but I stayed on the stage the whole time and have no complaints.
Also, nice tracklist (Max: Kinda New is the track I was asking about). Did he spin any tracks from his Beirut set? i.e. Your Light, Space Mountain Ride or They Just Won't Let Me Be?
And what was so good about the opening?? I heard he played Stars Inc again...
I'm nearly ting myself, waiting in anticipation until his stop in Budapest at the end of this month :eyespop: :eyespop: I hope he lays down like a 5-6 hour set :D |

Saturday night was pretty good - but mostly because of the people I was with and the mingling that I was up to.
I should have expected this - sasha drove me friggin nuts and left me wanting more:
Sasha would build, build, build with 3 or 4 tracks, just to the point where it felt like the crowd was going to explode - and then nothing (he'd play some 30 to 45 second beatless ambient melody).
Where there should have been the peak of the build, something fantastic, something that the crowd was just begging for - we were given nothing of the sort.
I just wanted to let loose, boogie, something! I didn't get it and ended up getting frustrated with all the repeated anticipation.
However the end of his set WAS far superior (than everything prior) - unfortunately Sasha didn't have the same energy for 75% of his set - otherwise I would have been totally satisfied.
After Sasha I went over to KH for Christian Smith and rocked it out for about 45 minutes. Christian Smith is amazing! He was pulling tricks and such to hard techno - it was fantastic. Thank god I finished off w/ Christian Smith! That guy really knows how to throw down good beats. |

| Sasha should have opened for Porter, and Porter should have closed! He played after Sander K at Aria a long time ago, he's awesome. Sasha IMO was boring, I wanted more Porter. |

Of course it is! Do you think that Charles and his yogunfruz investor want personal liability for what goes down there? NO WAY! |
