i scored 1420 the 1st time and 1480 the 2nd time.
sweeterskat (Echo of Silence) score 1540 the first time!!
we have a friend from germany who hit the jackpot 1600.

| 780 on the verbal...the rest was math...and the combined was 1200. yizouch. I havent taken math in over 5 years and Im GLAD. I hate it. but I loved logic and coding. Weird huh. |

awww, you got lucky and took it before teh analytical changed to writing. they give you a statement and you write for 45 mins, then they give you a scenario to break apart. |

It's really funny that you're giving me a hard time because I was going to give all the people posting SAT scores here a hard time.
I took the older SAT, I think they updated them to the SAT I and the average score was higher initially.
It may be corrected now though, I haven't seen a direct comparsion.
I did take the computer GRE, right when it first started.
My gf at the time (wife now) gave me a hard time because she had the paper GRE and was sure that the computer version was easier.
Everone's so competitive.
EDIT: I guess the change I am referring to is when the name changed from the SAT to the SAT I, back in 1994. They also introduced a new scoring scale in 1995, based on the 1990 class, that's when the big jump in scores took place. |
