Alright, through an intensive "meeting of the minds" via MSN, here's what the picture is shaping up to be:
Perrin's Car: Andy, Dina, Ken, (Alex)
Hotel: Perrin, Andy, Dina, Alex, (Ken)
Aaron's Car: Jeff, Rob, Graham
Hotel: Jeff, Rob, Graham, Aaron
Michelle's Car: Ryan <--- Have you two figured out your tix yet?
As for the Sunday and Monday situation, I'm going to make some phone calls on Monday to get the EXTRA room for MONDAY (1 person) so we can use that to shower... I'm still not sure about check-in times but it looks like we'll need that extra day.
This means, the 8 of us will split the cost of my room on the SUNDAY and the single person room on MONDAY, it adds $20 to your trip :D

Okay, I just called Hotel Du Nouveau today, here's the REVISED plan:
CHECK IN - 3:00pm
CHECK OUT - 12:00pm
^^^ This means there's no point in getting the Monday single-room reservation, so the 8 of us will just have to dish out $12.50/person for Sunday.
However, we will be allowed to leave the cars in the Hotel Parking lot as long as we let them know beforehand that we'll be coming back AFTER 12:00pm on Monday.
So we'd all better wash-up before leaving the Bell Centre!!! :toothless |

Im not sure what will be better, im obviously further west than anyone here and im going to have to drive to Toronto (or go-train) to meet whoever is driving me. The only reason we decided to hit it up with Aaron is cause we didnt know if you guys were 100% or not. As it stands though, all i know is ill be meeting Graham on the Friday morning and then hoppin into someones car. :P |

Totally understandible... Like I said in my PM to you Jeff, we had a major issue come up and that's why we held off on buying the tickets. Whatever you decide is cool with me! I'm sorry that things weren't settled up sooner.. We're still in for the party though ;) OH 1 more thing... I did book the Friday off, however there's a catch... If I'm busy (which I shouldn't be) I have to work a 1/2 day. So you might be better to jump on board with Aaron if you can... PM me or catch me online if you need anything :D |

Yeah, i remember you mentioning that about the 1/2 day. Id like to get up there mid-afternoon on Friday, so i think Aaron may be the driver of choice ;) IM SO PUMPED PEOPLE!!!!!! |

Works out for me no problem, as long as it works out for everyone else then we're cool. :) It's probably easier this way because we're all pretty solid with the plans, so there's very little chance that anyone will have to scramble at the last minute. I know that I don't have to be @ work on Friday because I'm technically not a full-time employee to begin with. :p
Plans are plans though, if things have to be shifted around then I won't wet myself. This just seemed the best for the sake of convenience, I think? |

You guys should hook up with Callie5 and newr (for ride purposes). The hotel will definately be good - just look at the TA's staying there! (and its RIGHT across the street from the Bell Centre) |
