Thanks for volunteering. I believe we're up to 7 people at present with some that are still undecided.
The original plan for renting vehicles (if needed) would look something like this:
Car 1 - Perrin +3 or 4
Car 2 - Jeff +3 or 4
Car 3 - Andy +3 or 4
(I'm just using your names as examples Jeff and Andy, if we need additional transportation, I'll try and organize something)
i.e. 3 cars can take anywhere from 9 to 12 people... I'm not sure what we'll need at this point but knowing we definetly have 1 is great.
EDIT: Wow, I just realized CrazedCanuck is taking his car too +3 (or 4) So we have 2 cars ready... We may not even have to rent! Well, maybe? |

One thing i would really like to get straight here is the ticket situation. I would like to secure tickets @ $75 and make sure we have our hands on them for when were departing! |

| I'd like to secure my ticket at $75 too, but I haven't been paid yet this summer. And as for cars, I may be able to secure my mini-van, but it's by no means certian by this point. We'll see how many accidents my sister has in it between now and then. |

When we do our reservations for Nouveau, we should ask them for maybe a group rate or something if we have like 10+ people?

So as it would seem we may not need to rent cars provided everything works out.
Tickets. Is someone gonna buy all these? Or are we to secure them for ourselves? I recognize that it'd be a lot of cash for these tickets for a single person to pay, but I figured I'd ask anyway.
And Mot10n, if you're coming for dave clarke alone, then let us know if we should organize a ride for you on the way up there.
Anyone else interested in this has gotta message one of us to add you to the list.

no no i don't have my own car. It was stated that a taurus could fit 5 ppl if the 5th person was small and could fit in the back middle seat...i was just saying I'm small and can fit in that seat if need be. |
