in all honesty sara, if i saw you in a club or whereever.. i wouldnt dream of approaching you, but maybe thats where im going wrong.. if i see a pretty girl i immediately think they are too good for me and way out of my league. i wouldnt say im not confident.. as i dont think im ugly or anything.. but as ive sed before ive had too many disappointments and let downs in my life, so i dont plan on anything working out for me.. hence.. i wouldnt be able to approach a girl as pretty as you in a club |

see go approach a girl expecting nothing and so if u get nothing then you get what u expected and not feel bad..if u got the girl then thats a bonus. |

I feel ages play a big part.
Younger girls dont seem to know what they want, but they sure seem to know what they dont want.
I had a few gfs break up with me "because they werent good enough for me".
I thought this was total BS at the time, thinking it was just their way of letting me down easy like, but in retrospect I guess they were right.
Funny, chivalrous, considerate, etc, everything I figured that women wanted over the years, but have only recently learnt that more mature women seem to want.
these gf were aged 15-17 when i was 17-18, then there was this huge gap when i was 'in love' with someone and spent all my energy trying to make it happen with them.
this was of course nothing more than an infatuation with a female I happend to get along really well with :rolleyes:
I gave up on the whole relationship thing when i got over to the uk, then last year it all came together
met a girl, 3 years my senior.
she likes trance, even has records and decks
shes attractive
funny
sweet
caring
weird
internet savvy
cute
reads over my shoulder ;)
plays with my hair :D
and she loves me, and i her, and thank that i am a tolerant man (her words) :p
soon to be celebrating our 1 year and I couldnt be happier.
mebbe i am just lucky, but it seems that 2 decent ppl got what they deserve... eachother |

but i guess that is what im striving for... i mean ing girls on a one night stand is cool [sorry , for being frank] but at the end of the day.. coming home from work after a brutal 12+ hours shift at work to be with my dad that dosnt talk to me much, isnt exactly what id call a fullfilment of life |
