you are all bored?

How about a riddle to keep your minds busy...this is real easy, so I expect answers quick.

A detective is called in for a homicide in a rattly old apartment in the downtown area of the city. The person murdered was a single, white male, who had lived there for several years, he had recently broken up with his long-time girlfriend of six years. His apartment was simple and clean, nothing wrong or suspicious, the strange part was the murder itself. When the detective came in, he walked into a bare room, where the man was hung by a rope in the center of the room. Also at the center of the room underneath the man, was a puddle of dirty water. How did this man die?

For all those who know it, give atleast ten minutes before giving the answer to those who might not know it.

You know, people have really been killed in this manner before.

I wonder, did the riddle originate from them, or did they do it because of the riddle...
Fundamental
He stood on a block of ice, put the noose around his neck and waited for the ice to melt.

Old. Overused. Unsurprising.

He committed suicide. The puddle of water is from the block of ice he was standing on.

Anyway, about the proof of Moses...

So long as modern science hasn't yet discovered archaeological clear proof of Moses' complete historicity, for instance, real scientists, instead of smugly proclaiming therefore that Moses never existed, should instead be pressing the virulently anti-Israel modern Arab countries where such proof would most likely be found to stop obstructing every effort to find it!

Thoughts?
