Well, at least we are making some progress. I've contacted Dave Lewis to see how sure he is they could attend and what type of venue would he prefer (small private place or someones house or something!).

| well if you need a house, mine is still up. Cleared it with my roommates..they are down. 15mins from hollywood, can fit around 60-70 people if it gets that big. I thrown some kick ass parties before so it's Party proof! |

60-70 peeps? Nice. Didn't think it could hold nearly that many looking at the pics...
That makes me feel A LOT better.
Anyhow, yeah...I hope he does say a house is fine, cause I think we'll be set for a location. 15 miles away seems a bit far to me, but I live up here a in a cluster called San Francisco, so the max anything in the city could be from a club is 7 miles since..hehehe. I know some major DJs have gone to house afterparty and hung around and stuff in the past...think I even recall Armin doing it a few times in the past from reading stories on boards, so I think we have a good chance of them saying it's perfectly fine if they can make it.
We would still need to work on some speakers unless you have a pretty good receiver/sound system in your place that can play music nicely and with a lot of umph.

| you guys still planning this thing? when dave said in town i looked at his location and assumed it was the SF event, not the LA one. I have a DJ friend that i need to get ahold of, and i'll see if he's interested. Tickets for this event still on sale? |

There will be no pre-party in SF. Logistics make it impossible. And since Markus will be opening up the club here in SF and it opens at 9pm, it even makes a dinner very difficult but it still might happen.
The pre-party is for LA, yes, and if we can get everything set by mid-this week, then we'll surely go for it.
I'm still waiting to hear back from Dave Lewis to make sure that Armin & Markus would surely show up if we did this, and to see what type of venue(s) they are OK with (mainly to see if they are fine with a house :-p).
