| didn't read the whole thread but it's pretty retarded to get the tattoo if you're not completely commited, just because you agree with some things doesn't mean you have to confine yourself to it. Unless you're a big dude with a shaved head and you would bash someone's skull in for what you believe in, you shouldn't get it |

Why do so many people say "dont worry what other people think who cares do what you wanna do its just a shape anys"?
I dont get that. why go through life being selfish? Shapes and images invoke emotions. Having a swastika could upset many people from all over the world.
I say if you want to be different (which seems to be alot of peoples worry on this board) DO CARE what other people think, and include it in your reasoning process. Dont just disregard it and be selfish because of some infantile need to prove oneself as not being a sheep.
Yes, if you completely eliminate all meaning behind the swastika it is a pretty cool shape. but same could be said about "AIDS" "OSAMA BIN LADEN" "RACISM" "POP-HOP" after all letters are just shapes! |
