4 innocents vs 6000+ innocents? Hmm...so far I think one action out weighs the other.
Oh, and that Bin Laden/al Qaida video he that the Taliban released to Al-Jazeer did as much as admitting to the attacks. It HAS been proven that al Qaida IS responsible for the attacks..bla bla bla...Its war now. All Americans, all Afghanis, are under 'attack' and lookie a little down the road, then all G7 nations, all Muslims,and .. HOLY !
just in case you HAVENT realised it yet, this is some serious that is as much as world war 3 in the making...Give it another month, either Al Queda will dissolve and die off (Not at all likely, in fact, im just sayin it because its an alternative) OR US, UK, Canada(yea, our meagre army is goin to work)France, China, Russia...its all goin DOWN

What do you think this muslims are doing? USA has been bombing for a long while Irak, after supporting afghanistan against the russians they left them in ruin.

On a different note of things (other than hating on the U.S.) Sorta just making the subject turn at a different angle.
This is A scary thought to disturb you: Nostredamus predicted the fall of two twin brothers (sound familiar?) a short while after the second mellineum. Most of his predictions have come true and he also predicted this would be the start of a 30 year war that would end the world.
Anybody else ever heard about these predictions?
What do you think?

He predicted a comet would hit the earth in 1999 and the movie, "Deep Impact" came out. So did "Armageddon" but that wasn't a comet.

so what Kanos and FastDjMP3 want is for no country to become involved in the affairs of another(or is it just keep the US out of everybodys buisness?)...hmm, either way THAT DOESNT WORK! k..HYPOTHETICALLY, that would mean the end of all exports and imports, and suddenly the world economy would come to a stand still. Foreign investments to Canada and US are a HUGE deal, but say that *for the sake of argument* that the world economy doesnt stall and implode on itself, Sure, most G7 countries and maybe a few others could get by on their own, but quality of life for all would plummet. For all other countries that DEPEND on imports for food (and there are more that depend on it than that provide it) it would be a crushing blow that would only help spread worldwide famine. Lucky for me I live in a rich country, Id hate to think of what it would be like for a Kenyan, or a nairobian. I mean, yeah Canada and US can produce a hella lot of oil for itself, but not enuf. The gulf is next to a necessity. When those oil reserves are threatened, youd better damn well hope that somebody jumps into action, and thankfully the US has the power to do it. Otherwise, all of you who consume oil products(and dont try to tell me you dont) would be very hard pressed.
Foreign intervention is needed to protect WORLDWIDE interests. Just so happens that the only country with the balls and the power to do it is the USA. |

Yeah.. A lot of what he said has happened..only Nostradamus didnt predict the fall of two twin brothers... that is a hoax started somewhere on the net...

Ok, so I did hear it from word of mouth but whatever. Alot of this stuff is pretty Biblically predicted too. I'll have to look up some stuff later for it. Anyways...later.

I personally believe America kills innocent people each and every day without knowing it. While Americans and other developing countries bask in their own wealth and riches, there are thousands of people dying each day from starvation and disease. America has more than enough wealth to be able to stop starvation all over the world, yet all it does is give loans with unreasonable interest rates to the countries just putting them more and more in debt. I think it's sad that the developed world can't just get off its arse to help those that are lucky to live on a day to day basis, who are lucky to have one decent meal a week, who suffer from disease and malnutrition. All while we sit on arse trying to decide where to spend our weeks paycheck, which will be more than people in developing countries get in an entire year.
I don't think we should be saying God Bless Us, I think we should be saying God Help Us. |

k, I know Canada for one is helping by giving about 1% of GDP to foreign aid. And what does Canada get in return? diddly squat. Australia is givin same amount, with the biggest giver being the scandanavian countries(damn them and their being the best countries in the world!) Now say you were to UP the amount of aid given, that means less for social programs and domestic spending. Now I dont know about you, but I pay taxes to help me and my country mates first off. How about we solve our problems of homelessness first, THEN take care of 'third world' countries. I wouldnt feel so bad then. People freeze to death on sidewalks here, why? cuz they cant even find a god damn shelter..they can get food, water, but cant find a in place to stay so that they dont freeze to death? sorry, but ill take care of thise before I even start to spend more on foreign countries.
And why do you blame the US for other people starving? The US spends alot, yeah. It spends alot of other peoples money. The US gov't is not at all concerned with their defecit or debt. They just spend spend spend. I cant quote figures, cuz I dont know, but they are soo much in debt you wouldnt believe it. On the same respect, nobody cares about that.
@ the same time, Canada is drastically reducing their defecit. Once our defecit is gone, we can spend X% domestically and Y% on foreign aid.(with X+Y=100%) and then ill be completly happy.
But I do Agree with you on the god bless us bit, I dont particularly want blessings right now. I want this to be over so I dont have to worry about where the next retaliatory hit is going to be, and how it is going to affect me. |

just to let you know the US has loaned out more money to more in need then anyone else and the majority of our international loans are INTREST FREE and we can look back in recent history (lets say 50 years)and over 75% of our loans have NOT been payed back so get your figures straight. and for the US deficit one of the main reasons for it is all of our defaulted loans to us its not the only reason but it had alot to do with it and no one talks pubicly about this. i have my mba in business and economics and i deal with this stuff everyday and we studied it in school alot and another fact for you guys the us has loaned out more money then 95% of the worlds countries GDP thats sad, so in other words i think we should have some say in what goes on in the world especially to those countries we keep alive financially. and so you think we should rid the world of starvation why should we? it seems the world is getting mad when the us "puts its nose in others business" maybe going back to isolatoinism isnt that bad of an idea |
