Actually. I'm looking at the back of my ticket, and in bold letters, it's telling me, " NO EXCHAGE OR REFUND." |

I JUST cancelled mine too...
I will see the refund go thru on my credit card in 48 hours.
They gave me a cancellation # too.
Looks like im all processed and off the hook! No more Apocalypse for me! |

| They better cancel the event altogether, or give those who purchased pre-sale tickets the opportunity to get their money refunded. Otherwise Ray Junior is done as a promotion company. |

| Wow, that's very disappointing. I was really looking forward to seeing the Thrillseekers. We'll see if we're still going or not.. would still like to see Wizz and Voiz... meh.:( |

i know it is not good news that thrillseekers got cancelled. But there is still going to be alot of good music that night. Wizz and myself are totally boosted. We both got tons of promo track ready rock the dancefloor.
i can totally understand the major disapointment here though. And of course, those who came to apocalypse to see thrillseekers will probably the ones asking for a refund. But, it is still new year's eve party and the vibe will still be at its best.
Trust our local djs, trust ray junior, and i am sure that when you will go out of the venue on the 1st of january, all of you will be satisfied and will have spent a great night.
for those who never heard me play (i guess thats alot of you), you can download some sets on my website. www.djvoiz.com in the musik section. I also released a compilation lately, and you can get a copy at Archambault Berri and the one in Laval as well.. The tracklist is on my website as well.
See you there folks!! After all, for all i know, this is still the trance event of the NYE. |

I checked out a set of yours, and it sounds like you drop bombs. I really wanted a night were I could listen to more epic trance than prog and techno.
I was really looking forward to hearing DJ Wizz (this guy is sick!), The Thrillseekers, yourself, and O'Brien (I think he's trance). I bought my tickets on the first day of sale! I thought it was going to be the sickest night of my trance life!
But without Thrillseekers I'm not sure if I can make it down to Montreal. Since thrillseekers are dropping out, I bet the people in the car are going to drop out. That raises the cost for travel from Ottawa to Montreal.
I just don't know.... |

Andre has already dropped out, and I'm likely doing the same. No offence to DJVoiz, but it's just not worth my money to go to Montreal, to see locals spin the same thing I hear from our locals here. We just went to that trance night here Greg, and it cost us $3.
I think everyone who was going down from Ottawa, is looking for a refund for their tickets. I've spoken to all of them, and that's the word so far. |

i understand your feelings. And i dont take it as an offense..
But, saying that we will play the same tunes as your locals is not true though.
I know that i have alot of promos that are unreleased that will be crowd killers and that are not played by any local djs.. Same thing with Wizz.
But oh well, im sure thats not worthed a trip from ottawa. =)
No matter where you go, have fun !! Thats what's matter the most right? |
