Hehe, funny, as Dj Spirit Fingers also uses a track which I planned to use :crazy:

| one time in the competition, practically everyone but me mixed like the same tracks, everyone had at least 1-3 same tracks. it was funny. |

Duplicate track(s) listings will always happen.Even the Pro's
must get p-off when doing the rounds!!
I mixed a recent CD which is almost identical 2 Rockabye's
entry say for 4 tracks or so. Its always gonna be difficult 2
come up with a fantastic stand out mix with songs/tracks no other
buggers got bearing in mind peoples love of trance music on this
site and awareness of the music scene.
Incidently what track are we duplicating ?
I don't think the judges will get too fed up so long as tracks
either side of popular tunes are different along with the odd
classic thrown in for good measure. Could play safe and turn out
a classic rectro mix next time....

I was planning to use 12 - ALEX MORPH - UNIFICATION aswell, but maybe Fred Bakers remix.
It's not a big deal indeed if some tunes get several plays...I just thought it was funny since Dj Sphere mentioned it while I saw that track in your set :)
I think its only nice to see that more ppl like the track :D But offcourse I hope that the rest of my TL will be slightly different from what others will be playing!

I say this every competition.
WHO CARES WHAT YOU SPIN. As long as its trance (or close to so you don't get disqualified... and the point of this is to make it easier for competitors and for judges), who cares?
Everyone mixes differently, everyone will pick different cue points. Hell, if we all did the EXACT same tracks in the EXACT same order, none of them would be EXACTLY alike because we're all different. Some DJs might spin a flawless set, but might have missed out doing something to make it more fun and interesting, while others might be having tonnes of fun with the tracks but might suck at beat matching.
Who cares?! Just HAVE FUN! dont make me hunt u all down! |

allready chose the tracks, but still didnt have time to mix it. It's the most "boiling" week in university before the exams...
tracklist is sure special,believe when i say it :D
