| UWM is probably the most versed in this. Are there any TA's in the Madison area that hit either the Inferno, Majestic or Cardinal. Always variable at any of these locations. |

| i live in beaver dam, but im underage so i have to hit up cheesy top 40 places like brooklyns in appleton and all those places in milwaukee. is club amazon on university avenue in madiosn any good? i know a good amount of poeple go there on under age nights but i dont wanna waste my money if its crap... oh yeah, sorry to not be able to contribute to this thread whatsoever:D |

yo, im from madison too.
really its a ty place if youre underage. really look into getting an id, i just got one and it made my life a lot easier. i just spun a gig at the Casbah, which is a cool chill little place right near the capital.
theres really not much in town for trance tho. theres drum n bass at king club thursday nights, and a few house nights, but not much else. theres a big psy-trance show that will be next month at king club too.
i was actually at the cardinal saturday night, and it was pretty rockin. nick nice does a house night there saturday. hes an amazing dj, always does a good show.
if you wanna hear some trance in town you can listen to my radio show on WSUM. monday nights 5-6pm 91.7fm.

edit: btw d-res. amazon closed down like a year ago. theres some upscale bar going in there now. the only 18+ night i know of is friday nights at the majestic. it sucks. its all top 40 crap, dont waste your time |

I think club amazon has changed hands - it was not very good. |

Cool I will check out your show. It does suck being underage. I have been to DJ Nice at the Cardinal. Inferno has good dj's in. Plastikman earlier this year.

| i would check out bluefin sometime....they have a wide variety, but it revolves around DnB and hardhouse. I'd also check out the angelic...dj wyatt spins there every other saturday (house). of course breaks night at the king club (did a gig there once), but i'm skeptical of the new ownership. you should definatly hit-up the casbah when dj harsh and dj donnie vendetta spin (prog)<---spread the word... |

i second that. this is the gig i spun with them last weekend. im also doing a guest dj spot on dj harsh's radio show next friday.
i think the bluefin is closing soon, thats what i've heard. they just ended smoothgroove, which was one of the longest running nights in town.
king club seems to be emerging as the best place for electronic tunes. |
