I don't like to bitch about a good night so after posting Boo #2 (#1 was crowd danger) I will stop:

Boo #2: SOUND SYSTEM.

I believe there were some technical problems with the sound system during Oakie's set. A little bit in to Oak's set I noticed the mids/low-mids drop out I saw Oakie looking around wondering the same thing.

All night I just wanted louder mids (the melodies in the mid-range didn't stand out enough).

I enjoyed Oakeys set last night but kinda went in there expecting 99 style. Crowd was intense but it was more the smell than the space that got to me. Being absolute sober and a new non-smoker with improved sense of smell wasnt the place for me.

i just want to drop a few hints to some with the below pics.

samhouse

There were sound problems with Oakie's set at Creamfields in Buenos Aires a few weeks ago. Could it be a trend? :wtf:

Good beats, but it was too hard to move in there.

I had a Great time.. Oakey was great I thought he was not going to be (from live sets ive heard from him this year) but he proved me wrong.I have to say tho if its ever that packed again I will not go. I drive from NY becuase I think the guv is one of the best clubs Ive been to but in the last couple times ive been there its to damn packed and the people seem to be getting ruder. They soulda just opend KH just to get the crowd spread out or something..

Also do they ever have both areas open becuase Ive only been there once when they have had the guv and KH open at the same time..
