I exaggerate, but yes, he was a resident at GC and so was always playing pretty much every time I went there.

I know that ratings don't necessarily justify anything, but he is ranked 25 in the dj mag poll. And if you're touring the world, playing all of the best venues, in front of hundreds and thousands, I would call you an A list dj. He's also on the rise, as well. In a couple of years, I think he will be a very well known, A list dj. I see what you mean though. He's not at the level of Sasha or Digweed. On the same token, I consider Hernan an A list dj, but he doesn't have the following everywhere, as much as others.

eddie halliwell plays at all the best clubs in the world?? thats news to me, and probably to him.

Isn't he resident at Gatecrasher? And, although someone like you wouldn't know of it, being in England, the Church, here in Denver, is ranked in the top ten clubs in the US. Every Thursday they book a major headlining dj. I will admit that he pulled way less people than a Sasha or Tiesto or PVD, but I prefer those nights. When the ridiculously popular dj's play, the place is way too crowded. Hernan was the same way a couple of months ago. Hardly anyone there, which resulted in some room on the dancefloor. There is nothing I hate more than being on the dancefloor, elbow to elbow, with people.
Az
he's not even the main attraction at good greef :stongue:

You're entering into a discussion you don't want to be in. Just walk away and pretend it never happened ...

no, even when he was a 'resident' a few years back, a different club paid his fee just to get his name on the Gatecrasher flyers, and in turn, generate interest in him & their club. :haha: nobody liked him but GC wouldnt get rid of him because he cost them all, literally nothing.

You have never been there, and don't have a clue. The line-ups there rival any club, in the world, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The only drawback one could use is that the capacity is around 2000 people. It was modeled after the Limelight in New York.

dont take this too seriously but how about 'if you dont get booked in nyc, you suck' theory ? lol..

Side question. Does Micro get booked a lot out there? Mike's an alright guy, but he's not exactly a great dj. I was just curious if he gets played a lot out there.

amazing, so its another one of these 'superclubs' that book all the biggies - PvD, Tiesto, Sasha & Digweed, and erm, eddie halliwell. Yes i can see from that that its a great club with a great music policy :haha:
