and it was out of stock! What a disappointment. So I ask the smart readers in COR, which is basically everybody, to recommend a good book, popular or not, that will hopefully be in stock when I go to the store. Please indicate what type of book it is. Fiction is better but anything else is also welcomed.

The Firm.

By John Grisham. Thats one book i literally couldnt put down, and its like 450 pages mind you.

Its something about a guy in a conglomerate who gets involved in some money laundering or what not.

Very good.

Yeah eh, it really killed the impression of the story the book had left on me.

Normally id prefer to watch a movie that read a book, but the book was just so stunning and the visual images it left like the beaches, wow, the movie killed it.

I'm not a big fan of series. But I'm clueless about Stephen King.

If you want to read an awesome collection of books, go look for anything by Chuck Palahniuk. (He wrote "Fight Club", which was actually an attempt to piss off a publisher who wouldn't publish one of his other stories. The plan backfired and the story became one of his most well known works.)

I'm currently reading "Choke".
